Drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment only, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (other times available upon request).

To help your dog settle in more easily, we recommend dropping them off in the morning. This gives them the whole day to explore the premises, get their bearings, and familiarise themselves with their new surroundings before their first night.

Before a first stay, you can make an appointment to visit the boarding facility with your dog—in fact, we highly recommend it! It allows you to see the facilities, get all your questions answered, and put both the dog and the owner at ease.

A boarding contract is required for every stay. The booking is considered confirmed once the contract has been completed and signed.

No deposit is required; however, the signed contract constitutes a binding reservation. In the event of cancellation, the full cost of the stay may be charged, unless an exception is agreed upon.
